Mr. Makarand Joshi is Founder Partner of MMJC. He is a Company Secretary by profession and a teacher at heart. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Corporate Governance and various Company Law matters. He has assisted for FAQ on CSR by MCA vide general circular No. 14 /2021 dated 25th August, 2021 and assisted for FAQ on CSR Published by ICSI. He has been member of Expert Group on Secretarial Standards Board [SSB] of ICSI and he had been Convener to ICSI - SSB publications –Guidance Note on CSR which was published by ICSI in June 2021. He has delivered Sessions in various Chapters and forums of ICSI and other bodies across India on CSR Regulatory Interpretations, CSR Spending and Utilisation and CSR Impact Assessment.

Ms. Kumudini Paranjape Bhalerao is a Senior Partner of MMJC. She is a Fellow member of ICSI. She is also a Registered Insolvency Professional and Registered Social Auditor. She is specialized in handling Mergers & & Amalgamations, various Company Law matters, Foreign Exchange related matters. She also has expertise in handling winding up matter. She has delivered lectures at various study circles and Seminars.

Mr. Pradnesh Kamat is Partner of MMJC. He is Company Secretary and Law graduate having 20 years of experience as Ethics and Compliance professional. He is Registered Social Auditor as well. He has worked with organizations like Bayer, Cadbury and Nokia before joining MMJC as Partner. His responsibilities involved helping global companies achieve business results in India with integrity. He has expertise in Anti-corruption compliance, Business Ethics, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Risk Management, Due Diligence, Social and Governance areas. He was instrumental in training employees across organizations focusing on ethics and compliance policies and investigation skills. One of the key responsibilities also included monitoring and governance of CSR program and its social impact.

Ms. Deepti Yavagal Kulkarni is a Partner at MMJC. She is a Company Secretary and a law graduate. She specializes in handling compliances of Multi-National Companies (MNCs), Asset Management Companies (AMCs), subsidiaries of Listed Companies, Companies incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. She also specialises in the services of CSR Designing, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation(DIME).

Mr. Vaibhav Dandawate is an Associate Director at MMJC. He is a Company Secretary and Law graduate. He is Registered Social Auditor as well. He has also completed MBA (Finance) course. He has 10 years of experience in handling Secretarial compliances & various transactions in Companies Act as well as SEBI Regulations. He has expertise in handling Secretarial Audits of listed entities and unlisted entities. His key attributes are people management and governance assessment. He is part of CSR Impact Assessment team.

Dr. Shweta Bapat is associate of MMJC for CSR Impact Assessment. She has PhD in CSR from SPPU, also she has degrees like PGDBM, Master in management Science (Human Resource management), B.Com. She has 18 years of Experience, and her area of expertise is CSR, Sustainability, Human Resource Management Business Ethics, Employee Engagement and Research. She has played various roles as: • A President of Business Ethics Foundation, Pune since 2019. • External Expert for an International Conference on ‘Business, Economics and Sustainable Development 2020’ organized by National Institute of Securities Management (NISM) & TERI School of Advanced Studies (TERI SAS) • An Expert for the designing the ICSI National Awards for Excellence in CSR‟ instituted by Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI), New Delhi since 2016. • A Member of Core CSR Group formulated by ICSI, New Delhi. The group works as an advisory committee for guiding the institute to represent at Ministry Corporate Affairs for CSR related matters. • Chairperson of research paper presentation sessions at different International conferences. • Panel member for CSR professional Certificate Course contact programme organized at Centre for Corporate Governance Research and Training (CCGRT) Mumbai. Her Publications are as follows: • Co-authored a reference book ‘Know Everything About CSR’ Notion publication, published in 2020. • Co-authored textbooks for the subjects, ‘Business Demography and Environmental Studies’ for first year BBA in 2019.
